D&L LLC is hiring an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Columbus, MS. If you know your way around commercial HVAC equipment, enjoy troubleshooting problems, and take pride in keeping customer systems running, we want to hear from you.

D&L LLC is an industrial HVAC, mechanical, and sheet metal contractor supporting manufacturing, commercial, and mission-critical facilities across the Southeast. Our technicians work on equipment and systems where reliability, responsiveness, and quality service matter every day.

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC equipment
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues and determine the best repair solution
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
• Work on equipment such as RTUs, air handlers, package units, split systems, pumps, chillers, boilers, and related HVAC systems
• Communicate with customers and provide professional, service-focused support
• Complete service documentation, work orders, and required paperwork
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, professional work environment

• Work independently while also supporting the D&L service team when needed

Requirements

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience in commercial or industrial environments.
• Strong troubleshooting experience across mechanical, electrical, and control systems in HVAC equipment.
• Hands-on experience servicing RTUs, mini splits, and package units.
• Experience following HVAC service safety standards.
• Ability to work responsively with plant maintenance teams on service calls.
• EPA Universal License
