What You'll Do

Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment, including filter changes, coil cleaning, bearing lubrication, and belt replacement. Assist in diagnosing problems or failures in HVAC systems and communicate findings to the service manager. Communicate with your supervisor throughout the job to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction. Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in safe, working condition. Participate in team meetings, training, and workshops to support ongoing learning and development. Prepare service documentation, including repair notes and activity logs. Travel regularly to out-of-town assignments, including overnight stays. Support the team by performing other job-related duties as assigned to maintain smooth operations.

What You'll Need to Be Successful

General mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn. Basic knowledge of electrical systems and mechanical troubleshooting. EPA Certification (required). Valid drivers license with a clean driving record. Ability and willingness to travel and stay overnight as needed. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Flexibility to work extended or irregular hours as required.
