We are looking for a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our dedicated team in Washington, PA. The role involves servicing and repairing a variety of HVAC systems, and you will be the face of our company in the field, communicating effectively with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnosing, maintaining, and troubleshooting RTUs, Chillers, Boilers, VRF/VRV systems, and Cooling Towers
  • Performing equipment and control start-ups for new installations
  • Communicating effectively with building owners and property managers regarding work performed and future recommendations
  • Keeping accurate service records and coordinating with office staff and vendors to ensure repairs are done right the first time
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure a positive and efficient work environment
  • Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or questions
  • Staying updated on industry trends and new technologies related to HVAC systems
  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development

Requirements
