We’re hiring Commercial HVAC Technicians with 3+ years of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for a technician looking for <\/b>stable, full -<\/b>time work with the chance to build skills on advanced commercial HVAC systems. You’ll gain exposure to a wide variety of equipment and environments, from schools and retail facilities to industrial and commercial buildings.
<\/p>
Troubleshooting and repairing, VRF, VAV, central AC, RTUs, chillers, and experience with low voltage controls is helpful. This position has a clear path for professional growth.

Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs<\/b> on commercial HVAC systems.
<\/p><\/li>
Conduct preventive maintenance<\/b> including inspections, filter changes, and system performance checks.
<\/p><\/li>
Support with system installations and retrofits<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>
Communicate effectively with clients and team members on service needs and recommendations.
<\/p><\/li>
Follow all safety protocols<\/b> and ensure compliance with regulations.

3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC service, maintenance, or installation.
<\/p><\/li>
Universal EPA Certification
<\/p><\/li>
OSHA 10 or 30 certification (preferred, not required).
<\/p><\/li>
Ability to read and interpret HVAC blueprints and technical diagrams.
<\/p><\/li>
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem -solving skills.
<\/p><\/li>
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
