About the Role<\/b>

We’re hiring Commercial HVAC Technicians with 3+ years of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for a technician looking for <\/b>stable, full -<\/b>time work with the chance to build skills on advanced commercial HVAC systems. You’ll gain exposure to a wide variety of equipment and environments, from schools and retail facilities to industrial and commercial buildings.
<\/p>

Troubleshooting and repairing, VRF, VAV, central AC, RTUs, chillers, and experience with low voltage controls is helpful. This position has a clear path for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/h2>

• Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs<\/b> on commercial HVAC systems.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Conduct preventive maintenance<\/b> including inspections, filter changes, and system performance checks.

• Support with system installations and retrofits<\/b>  
  <\/p><\/li>

• Communicate effectively with clients and team members on service needs and recommendations.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Follow all safety protocols<\/b> and ensure compliance with regulations.

  Requirements<\/b>
  <\/div>

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC service, maintenance, or installation.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Universal EPA Certification
    <\/p><\/li>

  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification (preferred, not required).
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ability to read and interpret HVAC blueprints and technical diagrams.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem -solving skills.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
