Since opening our doors in 1979, we've built a reputation for dependable installation, repair, and maintenance work, and our construction and remodel division keeps expanding.Right now, our Columbus team needs a hands-on installer who knows sheet metal fabrication inside and out and isn't afraid to take charge of a crew on a new build.Compensation: $30 to $40 per hour, based on experience.Schedule: Most crews run four ten-hour days, Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. A standard Monday-through-Friday week is also available for those who prefer it. Overtime when needed.A Day in This RoleYou'll spend your time putting in commercial heating and cooling equipment from the ground up on new construction sites running ductwork, connecting gas lines, handling refrigerant piping, and directing the rest of the crew so jobs finish on schedule and pass inspections.
