p>Finish concrete to appropriate specified finish and tolerances; Assist with concrete crew work; May spread, level, and smooth concrete using rakes, shovels, or trowels; May monitor how wind, heat, and/or cold may affect the curing of the concrete throughout the entire process; Communicates with supervision regarding training and safety equipment uncertainty; Know and adhere to all company policies and procedures Other duties as assigned.
