Commercial Insurance Account Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. You will work closely with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of policies and handle any inquiries or concerns that may arise.

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $55000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts and provide exceptional service to clients.

Understand clients' insurance needs and provide solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the execution of policies and ensure client satisfaction.

Handle client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Stay updated on industry trends and changes to enhance knowledge and provide informed advice.

Prior experience in Insurance customer service or a related field is a must.

Licensed in P&C

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build positive relationships.

Proficiency in computer software applications.
