What You’ll Do:
- Support our Commercial Lines Insurance Broker with day-to-day service needs
- Manage and maintain client files with accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist with marketing accounts to multiple insurance carriers
- Provide sales support to the team
- Help strengthen and develop long-term client relationships
What We’re Looking For:
- Highly organized self-starter who takes pride in delivering quality work
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent phone and communication skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Commercial Insurance License is an asset (not required)
