We are seeking a motivated Commercial Lines Insurance Producer to join our Houston team. This on-site role offers the opportunity to build and grow your own book of business with full agency support.  Our product offerings include General Liability, Workers Comp, Commercial Auto, Property, Employee Benefits and more.

We provide our producers with the tools, carrier access, and service support needed to win and retain business. 

Responsibilities:

  • Build and grow a commercial book of business through prospecting, networking, and referrals 
  •  Identify client exposures and deliver tailored insurance solutions 
  •  Quote and place coverage across General Liability, Workers’ Compensation, Commercial Auto, Property, and more 
  •  Develop long-term client relationships to drive retention and cross-sell opportunities 
  •  Collaborate with internal service teams to deliver a high-quality client experience

Qualifications:

  • Active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to develop new business relationships
