Commercial Lender

gpac is partnered with a community bank in Ohio that believes in local relationships and local decisions. They're hiring an experienced Commercial Lender to help grow their business banking portfolio.

Responsibilities:

- Build and manage a book of commercial loans, including C&I, commercial real estate, equipment, and lines of credit

- Bring in new business relationships through referrals, prospecting, and community involvement

- Structure, underwrite, and present loan requests to credit committee

- Manage portfolio renewals, covenants, and credit quality

- Partner with branch and treasury teams to deepen client relationships

- Represent the bank in the local business community

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of commercial lending or credit analysis experience, ideally at a community bank

- Strong financial analysis skills, including tax returns, cash flow, and collateral evaluation

- Established network in the local business community is a plus

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or equivalent experience

- Strong communication skills and a relationship-focused approach

Salary Range: $80,000 - $150,000 per year
