Commercial Lending Assistant/Processor

Position Summary:
Provides administrative and loan-processing support to Commercial Lenders throughout the lending process, from application through closing and servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Commercial Lenders with preparing and processing commercial loan requests.
• Collect and organize borrower financials, tax returns, credit reports, and other documentation.
• Prepare loan files, approval packages, and closing documents.
• Coordinate appraisals, title work, insurance, UCC filings, and other loan requirements.
• Track loan conditions and outstanding documentation.
• Assist with loan closings, renewals, modifications, and servicing.
• Maintain accurate loan records and ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
• Communicate with borrowers, lenders, and internal departments to keep transactions moving efficiently.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of banking, lending, or loan processing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial lending and loan documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
