Real Estate Attorney – Commercial Lending Experience
Our client, a well-established and highly respected law firm, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys working on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions and has substantial experience representing lenders and borrowers in commercial lending matters.

Responsibilities
- Represent lenders, borrowers, developers, investors, and business clients in a variety of commercial real estate transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, easements, and other real estate-related contracts.
- Manage commercial lending transactions from origination through closing, including acquisition, construction, development, and permanent financing.
- Review title commitments, surveys, organizational documents, and due diligence materials.
- Coordinate and oversee commercial real estate closings.
- Provide strategic legal counsel regarding transaction structure, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while collaborating with attorneys across multiple practice areas.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
- At least three years of experience practicing commercial real estate law.
- Demonstrated experience handling commercial lending transactions on behalf of lenders, borrowers, or both.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Experience reviewing title and survey matters and managing complex transactional closings.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and client relationship skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple transactions while working collaboratively within a team.
