Commercial Lines Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage an assigned portfolio of business insurance clients, including renewals, audits, terminations, endorsements, invoice questions, and correspondence with insureds and carriers
• Keep client records current, answer client requests, and back up fellow commercial staff at any office when needed
• Invoice and collect on agency-billed policies, and help with carrier-billed accounts as needed
• Download and organize policy documents from insurer websites
• Prepare brief coverage overviews for internal and client meetings
