Daily Tasks

• Manage a book of commercial insurance accounts
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and maintain strong relationships
• Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals
• Review policies for accuracy and coverage adequacy
• Assist clients with claims reporting and follow-up

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and markets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Proficient in agency management systems

Additional Skills

• CPCU, CIC, or other insurance designations a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
