Salary Range: $50000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with our commercial business clients through clear and friendly communication.

Oversee the full lifecycle of commercial accounts, from processing renewals to handling day-to-day coverage inquiries.

Review existing policies to ensure our clients have the best possible protection for their unique business risks.

Coordinate with various insurance carriers to negotiate terms and resolve coverage questions effectively.

Keep accurate records of all client interactions within our internal database to ensure everyone on the team stays updated.

Act as a knowledgeable resource, providing professional guidance to help business owners feel confident in their coverage decisions.

Property & Casualty Insurance License for the state of Ohio.

Minimum of three years of experience managing commercial insurance accounts.

Strong command of Agency Management Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to manage complex policy renewals and endorsements independently.

High attention to detail when reviewing policy forms and certificates of insurance.

Previous experience working directly with insurance carriers.
