We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Manager to lead our commercial operations, develop team members, and ensure exceptional service delivery for our growing portfolio of business clients. We are offering a very generous hourly/salary + commission structure for the right candidate. Up to 100% of the commercial new business commissions + monthly bonus money.

Salary Range: $4000.00 - $20000.00 per month

Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end commercial insurance sales process, from identifying prospects to binding coverage.

Conduct thorough risk analysis to provide businesses with the most appropriate protection.

Mentor and guide staff members to improve their technical insurance knowledge.

Manage renewals and maintain strong relationships with key business owners in the Los Angeles area.

Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions that benefit our clients.

Ensure all policies meet internal compliance standards and state regulatory requirements.

Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.

1 to 3 verifiable years of experience managing commercial insurance accounts.

Deep understanding of commercial underwriting guidelines and risk assessment.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred but not required.

A desire to learn the intricacies of the business insurance landscape or come in already having a plethora of experience.

Military experience also preferred.
