Commercial Litigation Associate (3-7 Years)

A premier Austin business law firm is hiring a commercial litigation associate with large-firm training. Construction law experience is a plus. Uncapped quarterly collection bonuses are rewarded to strong performers.

Responsibilities
- Litigate complex commercial disputes
- Draft motions and briefs; take and defend depositions
- Handle construction-related disputes where applicable
- Work closely with partners and clients

Requirements
- 3-7 years of commercial litigation experience
- Large-firm experience and top law school credentials
- Licensed with the State Bar of Texas
- Construction law experience a plus

Compensation and benefits
- Base salary plus uncapped quarterly collection bonuses; total approximately $250,000-$330,000+
- Billable target approximately 140 hours per month

Work arrangement
Austin office only; no remote option.
