A respected Dallas litigation boutique is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney with 2–7 years of experience to join its growing team. Unlike larger firms where junior attorneys can feel removed from the action, this close-knit team believes in putting its litigators in the front seat. You'll know your clients personally, they'll know you, and you'll play an active role in shaping case strategy from day one.

What You'll Do

• Handle commercial litigation matters through all phases of litigation
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Argue motions and appear in court
• Develop litigation strategy alongside experienced attorneys
• Work directly with clients and become a trusted advisor throughout the litigation process
• Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, trial, and resolution

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Texas Bar admission
• 2–7 years of commercial litigation experience
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Confident communicator who enjoys working directly with clients
• Self-motivated attorney who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
