Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney, Miami FL

We have an immediate opening in our Miami, FL office for a Commercial Litigation Attorney with experience in Florida federal and state courts. The candidate will have 6 - 8 years of experience helping to manage all facets of complex commercial litigation matters from inception through trial. We are looking to work with an attorney that is ready, willing and able to manage and take charge of multiple cases, take the lead role in developing and implementing legal strategy, managing junior associates and paralegals, including review of written work product, and delivering exceptional results through both persuasive legal memoranda, analysis and reasoning, as well as on their feet in-court oral advocacy. Candidates must have arbitration experience, excellent academic credentials, strong research and writing skills and be admitted to practice in Florida.
