Commercial Litigation Associate

A well-regarded Top 20 Virginia law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate to join its collaborative Litigation Practice Group in Tysons Corner. This is an opportunity to handle sophisticated commercial matters within an established practice.

What you'll do:

• Handle general commercial and business litigation matters
• Lead legal research and writing
• Manage discovery, take and defend depositions
• Argue hearings and support complex litigation
• Manage multiple matters and deadlines

What you bring:

• 5+ years of litigation experience, preferably commercial and business litigation
• Active Virginia law license (required); Maryland and/or DC admission a plus
• Excellent writing, communication and organizational skills
• Strong academic credentials

Compensation and schedule:

• Competitive base salary, depending on experience, plus a generous bonus plan
• 1,800 billable hours; hybrid schedule
