A bit about us:
Our client is an established boutique law firm that handles business disputes and complex commercial matters for a wide range of clients. Those clients include individual owners, closely held businesses, commercial real estate investors, school and education leaders, and large national corporations. The firm has been building its reputation for over a decade and has a presence in two major metro markets.
The practice centers on commercial and contract disputes, fraud and fiduciary claims, employment matters in both public and private settings, real estate and landlord disputes, consumer protection claims, and insurance coverage and bad faith cases. The firm also supports clients with business formation, transactional work, and workplace compliance and investigations. Attorneys appear in courtrooms, arbitrations, and administrative hearings, and the firm is known for tying its legal strategy to what the client is actually trying to achieve.
Why join us?
Real responsibility early. A lean team means you will handle meaningful matters, take depositions, argue motions, and have direct client contact instead of waiting years behind a large bench of associates.
Variety of work. Few boutiques give attorneys exposure to this many disputes and client types. You will build a broad, marketable litigation skill set.
Business minded approach. Our client values practical advice and efficient outcomes over billing for its own sake. Your input on strategy will be heard.
Multi state reach. The firm litigates across two states, giving you a wider network and a more diverse docket than most regional practices.
Visibility and growth. In a firm this size, strong performers get noticed. There is a clear path to expanded leadership of cases, client relationships, and business development.
Collaborative culture. Expect direct access to senior attorneys who mentor, share their experience, and trial prepare alongside you.
