Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
A bit about us:
Our client is a Houston based litigation boutique that handles significant civil disputes for businesses and individuals across the country. The firm is small enough to give every attorney real responsibility and seasoned enough to have taken many matters all the way through jury verdict in courts around the nation.
The team acts for both plaintiffs and defendants. Its docket spans contract and business disputes, construction conflicts, product liability, toxic exposure, misappropriation of confidential business information, and serious injury matters. Preparation drives everything the firm does. Lawyers here build lean, flexible trial teams, give clients candid early assessments, and look for practical routes to resolution before a case ever reaches a courtroom. When a case does go to trial, the group is known for making dense, technical subject matter clear and persuasive for jurors.
Why join us?
Courtroom experience, early. Associates are not stuck behind a screen for years. You are brought into depositions, hearings, and trial preparation from the start and given room to take on more as you prove yourself.
Work that matters. The matters are complex and carry real consequences for the clients involved, so the legal and strategic challenges are substantial.
A true team culture. Partners and associates collaborate closely, share credit, and invest in one another’s development. Mutual respect and professionalism are expected at every
level.
Direct mentorship. You will learn alongside trial lawyers who have tried cases to verdict in multiple jurisdictions and who actively teach.
Client focus. The firm puts its clients’ goals first and is open and flexible when discussing fees and costs, which builds lasting relationships you can grow into.
Visibility and growth. A compact group means your contributions are noticed, and your path to greater responsibility is shaped by your performance rather than by a rigid ladder.
Competitive compensation and benefits. Details to be shared during the interview process.
