Job Details

Attorneys at the firm work closely with sophisticated corporate clients and are entrusted with significant responsibility on complex litigation from the outset. The practice offers meaningful exposure to challenging legal issues, strategic case management, and trial work.

Practice Areas Include:

Catastrophic personal injury defense
Product liability litigation
Construction accident litigation
Complex tort defense
Premises liability
High-exposure commercial and civil litigation matters

What We're Looking For

Ideally, candidates will bring:

Strong litigation experience in insurance defense, civil litigation, personal injury defense, product liability, construction defect, construction accidents, or other complex tort matters.
Excellent legal writing, deposition, discovery, and motion practice experience.
Experience managing cases through all phases of litigation.
Trial preparation experience is highly valued.
Strong interpersonal and client-relations skills.
A desire to handle sophisticated, complex litigation rather than high-volume case work.
