Commercial Litigation Partner - Real Estate/Transactions

Prevail Recruiting is partnering with a well-established law firm in Philadelphia to identify an experienced Commercial Litigation / Real Estate Transactions Partner to join its growing practice.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with significant experience handling complex commercial litigation and sophisticated real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, development, and contract disputes. Candidates with a portable book of business are strongly encouraged to apply.

This role is hybrid 3/2 with an active book of business required.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Pennsylvania Bar admission (additional bar admissions are a plus)
• Significant experience in commercial litigation and/or commercial real estate transactions
• Strong background in drafting, negotiating, and advising clients on complex business and real estate matters
• Portable book of business preferred
• Excellent client development and relationship management skills
