As a Commercial Operations Expeditor in Twinsburg, OH, you’ll be the voice and heartbeat behind our aerospace customers — translating their needs into action across Purchasing, Manufacturing, Shipping, Scheduling, and Engineering to keep programs on schedule.

How you’ll create impact

• Steward assigned key accounts/market segments — from quotations and order entry to conflict resolution, pricing to value, Voice of the Customer, and Production Readiness coordination.
• Deliver first‑call resolution on inquiries about products, services, and billing; maintain customer goodwill through clear, timely communication.
• Own the entire order lifecycle: quoting, processing, tracking bids, managing RMAs, and driving on‑time delivery.
• Curate accurate contacts and communication records; administer contracts, agreements, and critical programs.
• Explain production status and troubleshoot issues; collaborate cross‑functionally to expedite outcomes.
• Verify and process sales orders swiftly and accurately; meet or exceed Customer Satisfaction targets.
• Develop strong ERP proficiency and deep product/application knowledge.

What you’ll bring

• This position requires the applicant to be a US Person with an US permanent residence. A US Person is a US Citizen or Green card holder.
• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• 3+ years in expediting or customer‑facing roles within engineered products (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; adept at online research.
• Customer‑focused communicator with excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑starter who spots process issues and drives creative solutions.
• Experience preparing reports and professional correspondence.
• Team‑oriented collaborator comfortable engaging customers and colleagues at all levels.
• Willingness to take on additional assignments as needed.

Rewards and well‑being

Expected Base Salary Range: [$50,000 – $60,000]

Compensation varies based on location/market, skills, experience, education, and internal equity, among other factors.
