What You’ll Do

• Lead all phases of estimating and bidding for commercial plumbing projects

• Perform detailed take-offs and cost analysis

• Review drawings, specs, and contracts to define project scope

• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors

• Attend job walks, pre-bid meetings, and client discussions

• Prepare proposals and scope letters

What You Bring

• 5+ years of commercial plumbing estimating experience (not general MEP)

• Strong understanding of construction documents and bidding processes

• Experience with tools like Accubid, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar

• Plumbing field background is a big plus

• Knowledge of the Denver market preferred
