Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and coordinate crews of up to 10 plumbers and apprentices.
Plan daily work activities and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Maintain a safe jobsite by enforcing OSHA and company safety standards.
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction schedules.
Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and other trades.
Order, track, and manage materials for assigned projects.
Complete daily reports and safety documentation using a tablet.
Perform hands-on plumbing work as needed, especially when supervising smaller crews (approximately 25% tool time for crews under eight employees).
