Commercial Project ManagerThe Commercial Project Manager is responsible for successfully leading and managing all reconstruction projects to completion, on time and on budget.
Salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year base plus commissions on all closed jobs
RESPONSIBILITESProject Administration & Scheduling- Lead and manage reconstruction projects from start to completion.
- Create work orders for individual projects.
- Schedule vendors and sub-contractors to ensure repairs are completed on time.
- Order materials required for project execution
Budgeting & Estimating- Review estimates as needed.
- Align budgets with expectations by collaborating with the project estimator.
Team & Site Management- Manage an on-site Foreman assigned to each project.
- Monitor job sites for safety issues, quality control, and training opportunities.
Communication & Reporting- Interact and communicate frequently with customers and insurance carriers regarding project status.
- Provide weekly updates on all active projects.
REQUIREMENTS- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in Construction and Construction Management / Supervision
- Five years or more of Management or Leadership experience in Restoration/Construction industry
Preferred:- Class A or B General Contractors License
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
- Bilingual preferred but not required
