Senior Electrical Project Manager

Job Duties & Responsibilities
* Manage multiple complex electrical construction projects from estimating and planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
* Lead and mentor project teams, coordinating with field leadership, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to achieve project objectives and maintain strong relationships.
* Oversee project financials, including forecasting, cost-to-complete analysis, labor planning, budgets, change orders, risk management, and profitability.
* Monitor project performance, resolve issues proactively, ensure code compliance, maintain quality control, and provide executive-level project reporting.
Required Skills & Experience
* 7+ years of project management experience in the electrical construction industry with a proven track record managing commercial, industrial, or institutional projects.
* Active Connecticut Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
* Strong experience with project financial management, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and negotiating change orders.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Procore, ProjectSight, and Bluebeam, along with exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Preferred Skills & Experience
* Experience leading multiple concurrent projects while managing large internal teams, subcontractors, and client relationships.
* Demonstrated success improving project profitability, mentoring teams, and implementing construction best practices.
