Commercial Project Manager

A well-established commercial General Contractor in Pittsburgh is hiring a Project Manager to join their team! Projects span a diverse mix of commercial work up to $15M, so you'll get real variety, ownership of your projects, and long-term stability. This role offers $85,000 - $125,000 depending on experience!

PROJECT MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4-10+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects with a General Contractor

• Experience managing commercial projects up to $15M across a diverse mix of project types (office, retail, healthcare, education, industrial, or tenant improvement)

• Strong background in budgeting, scheduling, and cost control

• Experience managing subcontractors, RFIs, submittals, and change orders

• Excellent relationship-building with owners, architects, and trade partners

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, but not required

PROJECT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout

• Own project budgets, schedules, and monthly cost reporting

• Buy out subcontracts and manage subcontractor performance

• Partner closely with the field team to keep projects safe, on schedule, and on budget

• Serve as the main point of contact for owners and design teams

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
