Commercial Project Manager - Retail Construction

• Manage ground-up retail and commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion
• Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports
• Manage project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved
• Lead subcontractor procurement, buyout, contract administration, and change management
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement logs, and project documentation
• Conduct project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
• Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure successful field execution
• Track project progress and proactively address schedule, budget, and constructability challenges
• Manage project financial performance and profitability
• Coordinate long-lead procurement and material deliveries
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Support project closeout, punch list completion, turnover documentation, and warranty management
• Build and maintain strong client and trade partner relationships

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction as a Project Manager or 5 years of experience in commercial construction as an Assistant Project Manager
• Proven experience managing ground-up retail construction projects
• Estimating experience highly preferred
• Construction management degree highly preferred
• Must be within a 75-mile radius of Macon, GA

• Base salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000
