Compensation & Benefits

• $90,000–$110,000 annually depending on experience + Bonuses

What You'll Be Doing

You'll oversee a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, building strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and service providers while ensuring properties are well-maintained and performing successfully.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Property oversight: Manage day-to-day property operations, occupancy, maintenance, and tenant needs.

• Owner relationships: Serve as a trusted point of contact for property owners, providing updates, recommendations, and responsive service.

• Leasing and occupancy: Coordinate property marketing, showings, applications, lease negotiations, and renewals.

• Tenant relations: Build positive tenant relationships, address concerns, and ensure lease agreements are administered effectively.

• Maintenance coordination: Partner with vendors and contractors to coordinate repairs, improvements, and routine property maintenance.

• Financial oversight: Collaborate with the accounting team on budgets, operating expenses, and financial reporting.

• Portfolio performance: Identify opportunities to improve operations, strengthen client relationships, and maximize property value.
