Shulman Rogers' Real Estate Department seeks a Commercial Real Estate attorney. The successful candidate will have at least 6 years' experience as an attorney with substantial commercial office and retail leasing experience, including both landlord-side and tenant-side representation. Additional transactional commercial real estate experience is recommended but not required.RESPONSIBILITIES: Negotiate and draft commercial office and retail leases and related documents. Negotiate and draft transactional commercial real estate documents.Review and summarize due dligence materials.
