Real Estate Manager - Pacific Coast Commercial Real Estate is currently seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and energetic Real Estate Manager to join our Irvine corporate office to manage a portfolio of commercial properties.

Identify, prioritize, and recommend Project initiatives

• Tenant/Vendor relations
• Day-to-day property operations
• Tenant improvement coordination and construction
• Building capital project coordination and construction
• Lease administration
• Contract administration
• Budget creation and management
• Monthly reporting
• Preparation of Lease documents
• Assist with property marketing efforts
• Conduct and maintain relationships with clients, tenants, industry trade associations, government, and public service representatives
• Perform additional job duties as requested
