You will oversee site due diligence and work with our cross-functional partners like GWS Space Planning, Project Management and Facilities teams, Legal, Finance, Risk, EHS - and external consultants, such as real estate brokers, to further qualify candidate locations and advise / build alignment from key stakeholders to ensure strategic and best plans. You will manage the real estate portfolio and understand its key data (market, size, owner, expiration date, etc.) to maintain and respond to Business Units' and GWS Occupancy & Planning's forecasted real estate demand and execute transactions.
