Check out the details below:Key ResponsibilitiesManage commercial real estate transactions from initial due diligence through post-closingOrder, review, and analyze title commitments, title exceptions, vesting deeds, and recorded documentsPrepare and track title and survey objection letters through resolutionCoordinate and review ALTA/NSPS surveys, identifying and resolving title and survey issuesManage title insurance matters, including pro forma policies, marked commitments, endorsements, and final owner's and lender's policiesBuild and maintain transaction checklists, closing timelines, and critical deadlinesDraft and assemble closing documents, including: Deeds, Bills of Sale, Assignments, Easements, Affidavits, FIRPTA Certificates, Settlement Statements, Owner's Affidavits, Gap Indemnities and Ancillary Closing DocumentsConduct due diligence, including UCC, lien, judgment, bankruptcy, litigation, and entity searchesCoordinate signing logistics, escrow instructions, wire confirmations, recordings, and funding requirementsManage post-closing activities, including recording confirmations, title policy delivery, and preparation of closing bindersSupport both borrower-side and lender-side financing transactionsQualificationsMinimum 5 years of commercial real estate paralegal experienceExtensive hands‑on experience with title review, ALTA/NSPS surveys, and commercial closing processesStrong understanding of escrow procedures, recording requirements, settlement statements, and post-closing administrationTennessee Notary Commission or willingness to obtain one upon hireFamiliarity with recording and transfer tax requirements across multiple jurisdictionsExperience with construction lending and draw administrationParalegal certification or NALA/NFPA credential preferred but not required#J-18808-Ljbffr
