We're partnering with an Am Law 100 firm seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join its Affordable Housing Team in one of its Florida offices, including Orlando, Boca Raton, Miami, or West Palm Beach. This role is responsible for preparing transactional documents, coordinating closings, managing due diligence, organizing transaction files, and supporting post-closing activities.
