Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on execution: Safely operate a commercial snow plow truck to clear parking lots, roadways, and access lanes.
• Ice management: Apply bulk salt and de-icing materials precisely according to specific site requirements.
• Equipment maintenance: Perform routine safety and function checks on plow equipment (lights, hydraulics, blades) and report repair needs immediately.
• Digital navigation: Follow assigned routes efficiently using our advanced electronic tracking and route management systems.
• Team communication: Maintain constant contact with dispatch and managers during storm events for real-time updates.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Prior experience operating a commercial plow truck is required, with a strong understanding of commercial plowing techniques.
• Credentials: Valid Michigan Driver’s License and Chauffeur’s License is required.
