Job Description
The Senior Project Manager will join a growing retail/commercial team and oversee projects from preconstruction through completion.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage ground-up and commercial retail projects ranging from $5M-$10M+
- Lead project budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor relationships
- Collaborate with owners, architects, consultants, and internal teams
- Oversee project execution, quality, safety, and financial performance
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members
- Maintain strong client relationships and help drive repeat business

- 10-15+ years of commercial construction experience
- Strong experience managing ground-up commercial and retail projects
- Experience with projects valued at $5M+
- AEC-related degree strongly preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and client-management skills
- Team-oriented personality with confidence in their construction expertise
- Experience with a major Chicagoland GC is a plus
