Commercial Roofing Project Manager
Location: Fort Smith, Arkansas

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager with a strong background in low slope roofing systems. This individual will oversee projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring quality execution, safety, and profitability while leading field crews and coordinating with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish, with a focus on low slope systems
• Review plans, specifications, and project documents to ensure accurate execution
• Prepare and manage submittals, RFIs, and project documentation
• Lead and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and resolving issues as needed
• Monitor job costs and production to ensure projects remain on budget and profitable

Qualifications
• Proven experience managing commercial roofing projects, specifically low slope systems
• Strong knowledge of all major low slope roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, BUR)
• Demonstrated experience leading crews and driving production in the field
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents
• Experience handling submittals, project documentation, and job tracking
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
