Atlanta, GA | $70,000–$100,000 Base + Commission

An established commercial roofing contractor with decades of experience is looking to add an experienced Sales Representative to its Atlanta team.

This is an opportunity to join a well-established organization with a strong reputation in the commercial, industrial, and institutional markets. The company provides roof replacement, repair, maintenance, inspections, and service across a broad range of roofing systems.

We’re looking for someone who understands that successful commercial roofing sales is about more than chasing the next project. You’ll be expected to build relationships, understand your customers' facilities, identify opportunities, and become a trusted resource for their long-term roofing needs.

Compensation

• $70,000–$100,000 base salary, based on experience

• Commission in addition to base salary

What You'll Do

• Develop and manage commercial roofing accounts throughout the Atlanta market.

• Build long-term relationships with building owners, facility managers, property managers, general contractors, and other decision-makers.

• Conduct on-site customer visits and identify roofing service, repair, maintenance, and replacement opportunities.

• Perform roof inspections and assessments to understand customer needs.

• Recommend appropriate commercial roofing solutions based on existing conditions and long-term objectives.

• Prepare and present professional proposals and quotes.

• Follow opportunities from initial conversation through close.

• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and project information.

• Assist with outstanding receivables and customer invoice questions when necessary.

• Provide updates on sales activity, market conditions, competitive activity, and lost opportunities.

• Work closely with operations and field teams to ensure a strong customer experience after the sale.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of successful sales experience.

• Commercial roofing experience is strongly preferred.

• Working knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, repairs, and maintenance.

• Ability to inspect roofs and identify potential customer needs.

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

• Comfortable prospecting for new business while developing existing accounts.

• Organized and able to manage multiple customers and opportunities simultaneously.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the territory.

• Strong customer-service mindset with a focus on long-term relationships.
