What You'll Do

Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and participation in industry events and trade shows.

Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with property owners, developers, facility managers, and general contractors to become their trusted roofing partner.

Lead in-depth client consultations to understand roofing needs, evaluate site conditions, and present customized solutions that align with client goals and budgets.

Negotiate and secure high-value commercial roofing contracts that drive company revenue and contribute to market growth.

Prepare and deliver professional, detailed proposals that clearly outline project scope, timelines, pricing, and value-added solutions.

Work in close collaboration with your Sales Envelope Team to ensure seamless project handoffs and exceptional customer experiences from start to finish.

Track and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, providing accurate forecasts and timely updates to leadership.

Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends, competitor activity, market conditions, and emerging technologies to position Global Roofing Group as the go-to roofing partner.

Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in commercial roofing sales or construction-related industries.
• Experience in roofing systems, retro applications, and building envelopes.
• A fearless closer with strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
• Self-driven entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing territories and capturing market share.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
