• Oversee daily on-site construction activities and maintain progress against project schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to keep work aligned across the job site.
• Review work in place and address site issues that affect quality, timing, or job sequencing.
• Plan daily and weekly field priorities with project stakeholders to maintain clear direction.
• Monitor material deliveries and site logistics to help crews complete planned work.
• Maintain site records, including daily reports, progress updates, and field documentation.
• Promote safe work practices and address job-site conditions as they arise.
• Communicate project updates, schedule needs, and field concerns to the construction team.

Profile

A successful Commercial Superintendent should have:

• Experience overseeing commercial construction work on job sites.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field crews.
• Ability to read project schedules and organize daily construction activities.
• Experience monitoring job-site progress, work quality, and material needs.
• Ability to maintain clear field documentation and daily project updates.
