Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, materials, and costs. Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and site coordination. Ability to manage subcontractors and lead field teams effectively. Solid understanding of safety regulations and quality control standards. Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.What's on OfferSalary: $110,000- $130,000. Company Truck.
