Commercial Superintendent – Ground-Up Gas Station & QSR (Travel)

Traveling Commercial Superintendent | Ground-Up Restaurants

Lead ground-up restaurant and commercial projects throughout the Southeast from mobilization through closeout. You’ll run day-to-day field operations, coordinating subcontractors, schedule, safety, quality, logistics, and project reporting while serving as the primary on-site leader.

What You’ll Do

• Lead field operations from mobilization through punch list and closeout.
• Manage subcontractors, manpower, equipment, safety, quality, schedule, and daily production.
• Coordinate inspections, material deliveries, site logistics, and trade sequencing.
• Work closely with project managers, owners, inspectors, vendors, and trade partners.
• Track progress, productivity, costs, and project documentation.
• Resolve field, scheduling, material, and subcontractor issues before they affect the project.
• Enforce company safety standards and OSHA requirements.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and required project records.
• Represent the company professionally while working independently in the field.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of Commercial Construction Superintendent experience.
• At least five completed ground-up restaurant projects.
• Ability to independently run a ground-up project from mobilization through closeout.
• Ground-up fuel or convenience-store experience is a strong plus.
• Stable employment history, including at least one tenure of 3+ years with the same employer.
• Strong scheduling, subcontractor coordination, leadership, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel 100% throughout the Southeast.
• Must reside within approximately six hours of North Atlanta.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred.
• Complete eight-year project list with project names and locations required.
• Professional references with current contact information required.
