The Project Superintendent III is responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role works closely with the Project Manager to coordinate subcontractors, manage daily field operations, review plans and specifications, monitor progress, and resolve jobsite issues.
Key responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating trades, conducting site and safety inspections, maintaining project documentation in Procore, managing subcontractor performance, leading weekly meetings, tracking manpower and productivity, enforcing OSHA and company safety standards, and ensuring successful project turnover and occupancy.
Qualifications:
4-8+ years of commercial construction experience
Experience with ground-up, tenant improvement (TI), restaurant, medical, and high-end finish projects preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Proficiency with Procore (or similar construction management software), Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project
Design-build experience and relevant college education are a plus
