Commercial Superintendent

• Oversee daily site activity for commercial construction projects and keep work aligned with project plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site crews to maintain steady progress.
• Review project schedules, track milestones, and address issues that may affect delivery.
• Maintain a safe job site by reinforcing site safety practices and reporting hazards promptly.
• Read construction drawings and specifications to guide field work and resolve installation questions.
• Conduct site walks to monitor quality, identify incomplete work, and document next steps.
• Communicate project updates, site needs, and schedule changes with construction stakeholders.
• Manage site logistics, material deliveries, and work sequencing to keep construction activity organized.
