Commercial Superintendent

Oversee daily site activity for commercial construction projects and keep work aligned with project plans. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site crews to maintain steady progress. Review project schedules, track milestones, and address issues that may affect delivery. Maintain a safe job site by reinforcing site safety practices and reporting hazards promptly. Read construction drawings and specifications to guide field work and resolve installation questions. Conduct site walks to monitor quality, identify incomplete work, and document next steps. Communicate project updates, site needs, and schedule changes with construction stakeholders. Manage site logistics, material deliveries, and work sequencing to keep construction activity organized.

A successful Commercial Superintendent should have: experience overseeing commercial construction work from the job site. Ability to coordinate subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, and daily site activity. Experience reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Knowledge of job-site safety practices and hazard reporting. Ability to track project milestones, quality items, and incomplete work. Clear communication skills for sharing updates with project stakeholders.
Permanent Commercial Superintendent position. Salary of $117,000 to $143,000. Health benefits. PTO. 401(k). Bonus.
