Description

Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a leading national law firm, seeks a Commercial Real Estate Transactional attorney with 4+ years of experience to support our Miami office.

This position could sit in any of Hinshaw & Culbertsons offices.

Position Requirements:

• Must be admitted to the Florida bar in good standing.
• The ideal candidate is a 4-to 7-year practitioner with regulatory & administrative code experience in the cannabis industry, including processing adult recreational or medical license applications, representing corporate & business interests, and ensuring compliance with real estate regulations and requirements. Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, licensing agreements, and other commercial agreements.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential
