Commerical Field Production Associate

The Northern Westchester & Southern CT offices of CertaPro Painters (www.certapro.com/westchester or www.certapro.com/greenwich) are looking for an outgoing, assertive and ambitious individual with experience in the construction industry AND project management to become our COMMERCIAL FIELD PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE.THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITY OF THIS POSITION IS TO SUCCESSFULLY MANAGE ON-SITE PAINTING CREWS, ENFORCE THEIR ATTENTIONTO THE DETAILS OF SALES CONTRACTS AS WELL AS CERTAPRO PERFORMANCE GUIDELINES, ENFORCE OSHA AND COMPANY SAFETY GUIDELINES, MAXIMIZE THEIR PRODUCTIVITY, AND ALSO HANDLE CUSTOMER DRIVEN ISSUES AND TURN THEM INTO OPPORTUNITIES.THE SECONDARY RESPONSBILITY IS AROUND ASSISTING IN ESTIMATING PROJECTS AND PROVIDING FEEDBACK TO THE TEAMCUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE REQUIREDPAINTING EXPERIENCE A PLUSPAINTING & CARPENTRY SKILLS HIGHLY DESIRABLECOMPUTER SKILLS REQUIREDYou will establish and build relationships with our painting crewsYou will interact with our clients and support our high level customer service program.You will be a Brand Ambassador and must represent our company values.You will be responsible to train crews to our standardsYou will be involved in some aspects of selling too.This position involves heavy customer interactionThis position demand lots of drivingThis position is available immediatelyBenefits:- Starting Compensation Package - $60k - $70k with performance bonus/commissions- Reimbursement for Cell-Phone- Company Car (or Vehicle Allowance) after 3 months- Computer and Training- Company Match IRA Program- Optional Health Benefits- Advancement Opportunities- Performance Bonuses- Additional Commission OpportunitiesRequirements:- Full Time commitment 50+ hours a week- Available to work early mornings, evenings and weekends- Occasional out of state travel work - Must Have Own Vehicle and valid driver's license- Must be familiar with Westchester and Fairfield Counties- Outgoing / Excellent communication skills- Motivated self starter- Professional appearance and demeanor- Must be highly fluent in English- Spanish Speaking is a PLUS
